The SAIT Marketplace has recalled all beef purchased from XL Foods this past week.

SAIT Dean of Hospitality and Tourism Tom Bornhorst said that students who made purchases between Sept.4-28 can return the meat for a full refund.

He explained that his program is following protocol laid out by the Canadian Food Service Inspection Agency (CIFA) and that if students have any questions on the matter, the CIFA website is an excellent resource for further information on the recall.

No other campus food provider is affected by the recall, including the Highwood.
