Referred to by friends and teammates as “Broomy,” Jaron Broom will be playing his second season for the Trojans this fall. Between indulging himself with his favourite fare of fish and chips, and spreading laughter with his uncanny humour, Broom spends his off-season hours surfing in California.
“I’d say I am a beach bum at heart. I’d live in Venice Beach and surf for life if I could,” said Broom, who also has a passion for travel.
To catch “Broomy” in action, cheer on the Trojans as they play against the Medicine Hat Rattlers at the SAIT Cohos Commons Field on Sunday, Sept. 30 at 2 p.m.
